"The room was smelly and the front desk never answered their phone, nor did the bell desk ever answer. There’s no room service, and some of the staff were rude. The food was great though at the resort, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and they had some of the tastiest foods so far in my experience, but I will definitely not be coming back to this resort due to the lack of cleanliness in my room and lack of attention to the guests.
