"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. "On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."

"Room is spacious but the room we were in feels dated. There is a horrible smell in the carpark when we were there - it smells like sewage or uncollected rubbish. The amenities and the room are okay for the price that we paid. It’s close to the touristy parts but would be a distance to reach on foot. It’s a comfortable short distance by car but not on foot."
