"Convenient location to Grand Ole Opry. They cleaned & brought fresh towels daily, although sometimes they didnt come till mid afternoon. They off a hot breakfast of eggs and sausage daily. The mattress in our room was comfortable. Very satisfied with Quality Inn."

"There was no hot water for the first day we were there and there are no lights in one of the elevators. I also suggest they have more readily available corkscrews but the staff was amazing and the gentleman delivering corkscrews and extra towels at night was fantastic. Check in was easy check out was also great I just think some maintenance issues could be handled better."

"The property is nice and new. I didn’t like paying for the parking. There was someone smoking weed in the elevator. And, the key didn’t work initially. And, patrons were loud in the hall and it sounded like there was no soundproofing in the ceiling. I think the hotel is new and nice, but they have some work to do establishing boundaries with some of their guests."
