On both beds, the mattresses sagged in the middle, and every night we dreaded going to sleep because my family and I knew we would wake up with sore backs, shoulders, or necks. The establishment really needs to invest in firmer mattresses."

"The hotel doesn’t live up to its photos. The elevators were noticeably dirty, our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. We called the front desk and spoke with Melanie, who said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms, but that an engineer would come up to fix the AC. Forty minutes passed and no one showed up, so we called again. This time we were told the engineer had already reset the thermostat remotely, but the room was still warm and stayed that way all night. We also noticed rooms showing as available online while being told the hotel was at capacity, which was confusing. By then it was past 10:30pm and we were tired, so we let it go. Not a great night’s sleep. The one highlight was the valet team, who were genuinely kind and went out of their way to help."
