"Old hotel that desperately needs an update. Stayed at a Coast in Vancouver and was hoping it’d have the same amazing rooms but didn’t. They have started Reno’s in certain areas which is nice. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing. Has potential and will stay again once updated. "

"The property is conveniently located in a good area near eateries and a few blocks away from the space needle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop gives you a great view of the piers and City. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it's within walking distance from various restaurants. The underground parking was a plus as well. We did experience a longer wait time than I would like for the elevators due to high traffic. I would definitely stay here again."

"So I came here after contacting expedia after telling them that I got kicked out of the other property and I booked in advance and what I booked on my Expedia did not match the receipt that I received after I was kicked out of the property for again being assaulted by man in the elevator at breakfast, another man from Union Trades stalking a Vitcim of abuse and Assualt. and then having the FBI and or local police called on me. They had a sheriff dressed as the manager, he was a casino host and blackjack dealer. So thank you Ko for pretending to be fair and impartial manager. Call my lawyer Tully and Rickney, and I do work for DOJ and call Olympia and see that I’m telling the truth. Don’t tap my room and listen to my conversations. Please refund my money. 897.00 with parking I didn’t use. I parked in the outside lot for free. Call Department of Transportation. I don’t pay taxes or parking. "Really nice old hotel! Great location. Oliver's on property was a cute restaurant. Rooms were well appointed, quaint and clean. We enjoyed our stay!"

"My first trip to Seattle. I expected a lot more from this hotel. But I was super disappointed. Parking is difficult at best. A block away. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, I was given a fan. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t turn around. Seems more like a $99 dollar a night kinda of place. Not recommended!"
