"Very nice staff and were polite and accommodating and helpful. Rooms large and very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Will stay there again for sure, great location and can walk to many dinner options."

"Parking, location, and staff were good. Our room was filthy. Vent in the bathroom and ice machine on 10 and 11 broken. Lobby nice but our room was a dump."

"The room was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The orange juice was very watered down and connecting a fire stick to the TV was not easy to get to work and the volume would not go down. Admittedly this is something that not everyone is doing."

"Hotel was nice. Staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. Parking was in lot and even though vehicles were registered with hotel they still gave a $94.00 parking ticket (on top of $30.00 parking free). Had to go back into hotel where they said they'd get it canceled but still might receive a ticket in mail and to just ignore it."

"Blown away by how nice the room was! It was so clean, the front counter people were all so kind, plus free snacks! Love this place!"

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"The hotel is close to so many things so you could walk to places and it doesn't take long! It's great that parking is right below the hotel. The front staff immediately brought smiles to our faces and were sooo friendly! The room was great! The fragrance they use is AMAZING! We didn't have a view of the city, which honestly, I'm not upset about! The bed was extremely comfortable! "Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"Have to start by saying I’m a big Prince fan, so the oversized photo of him in the lobby won me over right away. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff was helpful and the view of First Avenue in the Prince mural was a bonus. I had a suite and it was very spacious and inviting. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Great property in central location to St. Anthony Village, USBank stadium, and Elm Creek Park Preserve. Very good breakfast with eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Don't bring a large vehicle into the garage, spaces are cramped. Nice to have extra space in the room."

"Everything was really amazing! The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast had a good variety except no waffles only pancakes for those waffle lovers wondering about that. The hot tub and pool area was quiet and relaxing and the room was super clean. The location is in a great area. The only thing that was kind of annoying was having to pay for parking but that was understandable considering the placement of the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would totally stay here again!"
