"Esperas de más de 40 minutos en dos ocasiones por un minibar. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente, pero quedé bastante decepcionado con el servicio a la habitación, ya que el tiempo de espera fue excesivo y, en mi opinión, absurdo. "La Concha is beautiful. Great stay however there were children scuba diving in the adults only pool and nobody did anything about it. Pretty annoying."
