"The property was nice and a lot of the staff were nice too. Some weren’t so happy, but that’s ok. The view was beautiful and it was very close to a lot of tourist areas. If you stay there, you MUST eat at ekelekua for brunch. It’s like 10 mins away. The parking isn’t soo great but the food and staff are AMAZING."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow wow , Es perfecto 😍 Me encantó quedarme fueron muy amables y cada vez que volvía a mi habitación estaba limpia con toallas limpias, Las empleadas del hotel muy felices y con un buen ánimo de trabajar de desearte un buen día , normalmente me quedo en San Juan pero esta vez quise algo diferente y no me arrepiento es mucho mucho mejor que San Juan ya que ni manejar se puede en San Juan , lo disfruté ,me sentí protegida ya que avía vigilancia en la noche y no dejan a entrar a cualquier persona,me encantó todo ! Es tranquilo y hay muchas áreas de comida de turistas , amé la playa que está a 6 minutos wow de verdad que recomiendo el hotel 100,000% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No te arrepentirás nunca!"

"Las Casitas en El Conquistador it’s the best hotel in Puerto Rico and maybe in the Caribbean. You do not need to go outside of the hotel at all. Good retsaurants, multiple pools, private island with white sand and cristal clear ocean water and a very complete water park. Super fun and beatyfull hotel, and great place to walk too. I do not practice golf, but there is a golf course too."

"Overall, I'd rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly as advertised, which was important since we planned to cook during our stay. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and having hot water gave us peace of mind when washing dishes. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was great for traveling with teenagers. We also loved the balcony—it was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool was never overcrowded, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing. Our biggest issue was maintenance. We discovered that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath the cabinet after using it throughout the day. Judging by the condition inside the cabinet, it appeared this may have been an ongoing problem. We contacted the front desk several times, and although maintenance eventually came, the leak was never actually fixed. We ended up improvising a way to catch the water ourselves. Our first impression during check-in also wasn't the best. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, and that set the tone for the arrival experience. Private parking is available for $25 per night, but it's located quite far from the villas. With better preventive maintenance and more consistent customer service, this could easily be an excellent place to stay. We'd consider returning and hope to see those improvements in the future."

Went with a full house from one year old twins, a kid, a teenager and grandparents and we was accommodated all around very spacious."

"When I booked through Expedia, I didn’t get an email for gate codes until the night I arrived on the island.. I had to call the number and the phone line wasn’t a good connection - lady was hard to hear/understand. However shortly thereafter hanging up, I received a text message with all the information. The guesthouse was beautifully maintained! Room had ice cold ac.. the shower water didn’t get that warm, but it was charming! Very close to El Yunque Rainforest, lots of restaurants and beautiful scenery! The people and culture here are charming! I would overall rate my experience here a 8/10, and would definitely choose to book here again in the future."
