"The hotel was really good for the price, but I had a few complaints. 1. The TV in the room has built in Chromecast, but the instructions are no good. It tells you the wifi network to be on to connect to the Chromecast, but that network isn't an available option to sign your phone or other device onto. 2. The TV in the room appears to have a volume limiter set on it which I couldn't change. I understand why they would do this to keep you from disturbing other guests, but I was trying to watch a movie and some of the speaking scenes were so quiet I couldn't hear what they were saying even at the max volume limit the hotel set. That was extremely annoying! Just let guests use their own judgement with volume and if it's an issue for other guests then your staff can deal with it then. 3. I was visiting from Canada and I had a show I was watching through Netflix, but it was only available on the Canadian Netflix. I thought I'll just use a VPN right? Wrong, the hotel has put some sort of security on their wifi to prevent the use of VPNs. It seems like they just really want to control guests entertainment. I wasn't very impressed about that. 4. It was really nice to have the option to have a free breakfast and there were several options for food. The only problem is most of it didn't taste all that great."

"NEVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY ! This was the worst experience I have EVER had in attempting to stay somewhere while traveling - and I travel a lot! My plane got in on time, but the roads were super icy. When I arrived, the front desk was closed with a number to call. No one picked up and the "mailbox" was full. I had no idea what to do. I didn't dare go out again on the roads. I grab some cushions from the lobby and slept on the workout room floor. The next morning while attempting to check in, without checking my reservation, I was told by the manager that I was trespassing and he called the police. The police were great, but the manager's actions were beyond shocking. He didn't let me get a word in and he just hurled insults at me. He certainly does not understand the hospitality industry !!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!"

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier. -No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer. - I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card. -The bed was very uncomfortable. -overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "

"Room was clean, but shower head was separating from wall and towel shelf above toilet was leaning at an angle. I did appreciate the large size of the room, multiple sinks and plenty of outlets. Included a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we could not hear any guests. TV uses DirecTV; bring your own firestick or roku if you want to watch netflix or other app-based services. Location was perfect for our needs. Grounds were clean. Parking was tight, I don't know what was going on during this time but this place was packed, which is a good sign. Check in was quick and staff were amazing. The only two things I feel could use improvement are the indoor pool room which reeks of chlorine -- multiple guests were coughing. There is not sufficient ventilation in here for that. & the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. The juices were very watered down and come out of a soda fountain style dispenser. Eggs are powdered and the sausage didn't look very appetizing. Yogurt was non-fat or low fat it didn't have much flavor at all. The best part would be the waffle if you can fight several families off, getting a bagel, or cereal. Overall, I think we would have been better off leaving the property for breakfast BUT it is decent enough if you're trying to save money on your trip. "

"Terrible. Don't stay here. The toilet is clogged and doesn't flush. Plunging it accomplishes nothing. The bathroom fan doesn't work and maintenance wont fix anything. The junkies, crackheads, and weird perverts in the adjacent rooms are extremely noisy. Complaining to the staff about the noise, toilet, or bathtoom fan accomplishes nothing. There are many holes and cracks in the walls from which poisonous chemicals and gases emanate continuosly. The poisonous gases probably come from an in-wall pest control system. The entire establishment smells like a porta potty in the middle of summer."
