"I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. "Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property.
