"This has been historically my favorite place to stay and well over 20 times I’ve stayed here. Elevators never work here, they are charging for parking now which is ludicrous and then they have a sign outside that says not responsible for damage to your car but they charge for parking? I bet that could be challenged in court and easily won. The happy hour went to two tickets each and the rooms are feeling dated. Still love the suite sizes though.."

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier. -No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer. - I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card. -The bed was very uncomfortable. -overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "

"I witnessed staff be rude multiple times over the phone while in the lobby. One women hung up the phone on someone. The bed is very creaky and wasn’t very comfortable. They give you free bad wifi but you have to pay $7 to get good wifi you can actually do stuff with. You can’t cast anything to the tv so I hope you like watching cable"

"Room was clean, but shower head was separating from wall and towel shelf above toilet was leaning at an angle. I did appreciate the large size of the room, multiple sinks and plenty of outlets. Included a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we could not hear any guests. TV uses DirecTV; bring your own firestick or roku if you want to watch netflix or other app-based services. Location was perfect for our needs. Grounds were clean. Parking was tight, I don't know what was going on during this time but this place was packed, which is a good sign. Check in was quick and staff were amazing. The only two things I feel could use improvement are the indoor pool room which reeks of chlorine -- multiple guests were coughing. There is not sufficient ventilation in here for that. & the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. The juices were very watered down and come out of a soda fountain style dispenser. Eggs are powdered and the sausage didn't look very appetizing. Yogurt was non-fat or low fat it didn't have much flavor at all. The best part would be the waffle if you can fight several families off, getting a bagel, or cereal. Overall, I think we would have been better off leaving the property for breakfast BUT it is decent enough if you're trying to save money on your trip. "

"Terrible. Don't stay here. The toilet is clogged and doesn't flush. Plunging it accomplishes nothing. The bathroom fan doesn't work and maintenance wont fix anything. The junkies, crackheads, and weird perverts in the adjacent rooms are extremely noisy. Complaining to the staff about the noise, toilet, or bathtoom fan accomplishes nothing. There are many holes and cracks in the walls from which poisonous chemicals and gases emanate continuosly. The poisonous gases probably come from an in-wall pest control system. The entire establishment smells like a porta potty in the middle of summer."

"Amanda in green wood village is amazing and that’s why I keep going back cause she has amazing. Great customer service skills always there to help with anything always there to make sure the hotel is representing. It’s best and I think she deserves a raise."
