"Couldn’t get into the place. Booked after 10pm and messaged as per instructions toons. Message was ignored. Booked a new room and was refused refund. There was no way to get in. Terrible experience."

"Hôtel idéalement situé hors de la ville de Bari à 25 min de l'aéroport avec nombreuses places de parking dont un parking sous terrain. Personnel disponible et charmant, que je remercie suite à une erreur de notre part, à cause d'un mauvais stationnement sur la place d'un résident. Restaurant très bon, avec plats et boissons typiques. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre lumineuse et propre, matelas confortable. Très bonne expérience."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property has very extensive grounds and large pool . There is a pool bar which plays really loud music not pleasant or relaxing ! The sun beds are cheap and a lot of them are broken. There are two huge out of service water slides which dominate the garden around the pool . Really ugly ! The rooms are very dated and dark, the whole property needs a complete renovation/ refurbishment. Breakfast 5/10 . Dinner in the restaurant was very good and...
