Wonderful and relaxing stay

Always a pleasure to be back at Flag Hotel Celorico Palace! For the comfort and welcoming of the hotel and staff and also for the activities around the property. From visiting wine producing estates in the area to cycling on the eco-pista do Tamega surrounded by Nature. A relaxing break!

Excellent hotel with great service and facilities.

We were staying while my son was playing a football tournament. We stayed in a suite and it was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet are small but of excellent quality. We will definitely stay here again.

Vriendelijke jongen bij het inchecken. Ruime parking gratis beschikbaar. Kamers eenvoudig. Kartonnen bekertjes op de kamer, geen tissues. Je verwacht voor een 4 sterren wel iets meer. Ontbijt start om 8u30 maar was helaas leeg door een groep van bustoeristen die er voor kwamen ontbijten, en werd niet aangevuld. Er was zelfs geen personeel aanwezig in de ontbijtruimte.

Arrivée, après visite des lieux, la piscine intérieure est vide et en mauvais état. Alors qu’aucune information ne nous a été donnée lors de la réservation . La chambre : frigo non fonctionnel, liseuse non plus. Ont été changés le soir même (il est préférable avant d’attribuer une chambre de contrôler que tout fonctionne). Le plafond de la douche abîmé. On nous a proposés gentiment de changer de chambre, mais nos affaires étaient déjà déballées. Le petit dejeûner de piètre qualité, charcuterie reconstituée, fromage 1er prix, omelette (peut-être de l’omelette en poudre ?). Salle de sport, plusieurs appareils inutilisables. Chambre bien insonorisée et bonne literie. Note positive, personnel agréable. Tout cela n’a pas nui outre-mesure à notre séjour dans la région.😊

É considerado no site hoteis.com um tudo incluído mas na verdade eles têm é um pacote de verão que é, praticamente, pensão completa e não tudo incluído. Fomos um pouco enganados por estarmos à espera do tudo incluído. Mas muito bem recebidos e respeitadores pela compra apesar do erro, talvez, não ser deles.

Escolhi este hotel para passar dois dias após o meu casamento, para conhecer a região, escolho por ter bons Feedback mas fiquei extremamente desiludida, por ser época baixa ou então não sei… tinham pouco pessoal, limpeza só vi no meu último dia. Paguei meia pensão mas nunca nos informaram que os vinhos não estavam incluídos, o que no final ainda pagamos mais do que esperado. Pequeno almoço pouca escolha, era apenas um tabuleiro que nos metiam a frente. De buffet não tinha nada.. Jantar apenas dois pratos e com hora marcada. Sem sabor e com má qualidade. Demonstrei o meu desagrado e em nada tentaram que eu ficasse feliz… resumidamente paguei as refeições e não foram bem servidas… para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar… só lamento a experiência e não voltarei a repetir

Muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas

Muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas. A água da piscina interior estava completamente gelada, não havia ninguém a limpar ou desinfectar sempre que havia mudança de pessoas na zona da piscina e soa, pequeno almoço com muita, muita pouca variedade, gostei do quarto era agradável e confortável. Fiquei mesmo dececionado visto que era um fim de semana para usufruir.

Infelizmente foi má. Numa estadia de 3 noites, o quarto não foi limpo uma vez sequer, mesmo com a indicação na porta para que fosse. A piscina exterior não tinha espreguiçadeiras dado que "a época balnear ainda não começou no hotel" (nunca pensei ouvir tamanha barbaridade a 3 de Junho). Marcação de pequeno almoço para as 8h, buffet ficou completo apenas às 8h15. Referi apenas as mais relevantes, mais houveram.
