"We stayed here for the new year, and overall had a good experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay easy and pleasant. The only downside was the location; while Arroios is a decent and quieter area, it’s a bit far from Lisbon’s main attractions, so getting around required extra time and transportation, which was a little inconvenient, especially for a shorter trip."

"I stayed here for a couple of nights as I had to be in Lisbon for a legal appointment and it was an absolutely amazing hotel with huge rooms, cold air conditioning, and welcoming, and attentive staff. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay a bit outside of the hustle and bustle closer to the water."
