"Parking was great, staff seemed friendly...now for the room experience. When we first walked in, it smelt pretty bad...like wet gym socks. We cranked the AC and sprayed some of our own fragrance and it seemed to help. As I sat on the bed, there was this small pesky bug that wouldn't go away. Didn't think much of it.

"Great breakfast options, clean and well-appointed rooms, and a timely shuttle with friendly service made for an excellent stay. The entire team, from reception to the restaurant staff, was exceptional. I also appreciated the ample workspace in the lobby, which was especially convenient while waiting for a flight. The only minor challenge was rideshare pickup, which could be a bit confusing. I would recommend arranging Uber or Lyft pickup at the Sonesta next door for an easier experience."
