"I like this modern hotel and love the Cowshed toiletries, which are available for purchase from the hotel. The Vera Cruz restaurant in the lobby also has excellent take out food. I stay here every year for a conference so that I can buy Cowshed products."

"Overall a great stay. Nice clean property close walking distance to Rainey Street attractions. The freeway is right next to the property and it's currently under construction so had to navigate that coming in and out of the property. If you have a large vehicle the parking spots in the garage are very tight but that's typical. On Saturday night the freeway was quite loud since our room did face that direction. I stay here again but I would attempt to book a room further from the freeway."

"My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either. For the quick turnaround trip I did, this was fine. But I won’t be...

"Great hotel. It's like a small resort on a city block in downtown Austin. From the rooftop pool, to the extensive choices for dining, to the spa, you could spend a week here and almost never leave. Will definitely return."
