"We were originally booked into the neighboring Holiday Inn Express, but their pool was under repair and they allowed us to cancel our prepaid reservation. Hampton Inn had a room at a decent rate and the pool and

were available. Room was large, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, and quiet. The breakfast was the standard eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Very nice overall and would stay there again."

"Just a quaint very comfortable hotel right in Old Town Ft Collins. The staff are very accommodating and personable and made me feel quite welcome. The rooms are simple old school with a touch of modern elegance. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows smell fresh. Very “boutique”. Off street parking is available. "The feel of an old west hotel, from warm welcome to comfortable spaces to the odd creak here and there. We enjoyed paying pool, and learning about ghost hunting while enjoying a drink in the Boiler Room. Breakfast is minimal but thoughtfully delivered."
