"This is our second stay in the past two years. The staff was very friendly and the room started off very clean. Our only complaint was that after the fourth night, we still had no one clean the room. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and kleenexes. We were able to find a cleaning person and she gave us everything we needed. The trash cans were also overflowing."

"The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. So nice and helpful. The room itself was the issue. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in front of the vent, and the vent itself was very dirty. The carpet felt wet, and really the whole room had a wet, damp feeling. Our feet/socks were filthy after walking on the carpet. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive room! We will not be back."

"I have always said that I will make honest reviews. Although this property is beautiful, you can tell it is very old. The musty smell, the creaky floors and the grime in the pool area are some things that I noticed. Also I think it would have been nice if there was some type of staff patrolling through the building. There were many people smoking weed in the stairwell next to our room. The pool was very cold but the hot tub was great!
