This does mean if you use a food delivery service you need to go to the desk to get it. The big downer and the only reason I docked a star was because of parking. There were only a handful of spots near an entrance. The parking lot is across the street, and it is small and uncovered. You have to cross a brick...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spacious. Ober all the atmosphere was peaceful and claiming. The pillows were very comfy but the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. I have stayed here 2x and both times the people above me were noisy above average. It was as if they were stoming and running across the floor on purpose. I swear they were having a wrestling match. Never the less, I will definitely stay here again but will ask to be on the top floor....

"The pool was muddy and the hot tub was broken. We requested a room with a bathtub and they could not accommodate that either. Staff was very rude and we decided to leave after the first night. We had no help from Expedia and Expedia would not credit me or give me a refund for the three nights we did not stay there. The accommodations were completely unacceptable for my fiance and I so we had to leave after the first night. Neither the hotel staff or Expedia customer service did anything to help...
