I had come into town for a family members funeral. This property was in the middle of construction, and that was not mentioned anywhere when i booked the room, yet i paid regular price as if all was the same. "There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation."

"Rooms were not very clean. There were items under the lip of cabinet meaning floors weren’t cleaned very thoroughly. All the paint looks very old and outdated."

"We travel out of town weekly for soccer and I have never felt more unwelcome by hotel staff at checkin. My salon and I arrived and were told no rooms were available for checking and to come back despite having a reservation. I dropped my son off with his team and went back to the lobby and watched the same staff Mem proceed w check in 5 guests despite being told no rooms were available yet. Mere minutes after I asked. She then proceeded to tell every one of those guests and any guests walking by...

"Couch had obvious stains all over the cushions. The whole building was hot with no AC. Run down broken furniture. Not worth the price. "

"Hotel was exceptionally clean, scrambled eggs for breakfast were excellent and good selection of other. Breakfast sandwich was only ok. What I was disappointed with is the hot tub was out of order and according to front clerk had been out of order for some time. A big reason I choose a hotel is to relax in hot tub after a long drive and I am sure my rate included the use of a hot tub!"

"There were hardly options for breakfast and our room had so much hair in it. The tub was obviously dirty and the sheets/blankets for the sofa bed were the same ones the previous owner had because again...so much hair. The beds were comfortable and it was surface cleaned. We just needed one night so the room served it's purpose."
