"Only positive was the breakfast bar. Booked 3 rooms for a sports group. Each room was terrible. Could not change hotels due to lack of availability during competitions.
Bathroom wall was falling apart. Huge hole where the tub faucet was installed, stained countertop. Dead bugs around toilet.Toilets that barely flushed. Spiders that refused to be rinsed down the drain. Dust and debris between the wall and bed frame. Stained and musty towels. Missing knobs for lamps. Hallways smelling like mold...

"We checked in around 6:30pm. No problem other than the fact that half of the registration sheet I had to sign was not legible - low toner which they did not bother to replace. "The room was completely spotless, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room had a nice big tv and a large comfy bed, the bathroom was super clean with a great shower. The area was also very convenient and close to everything, and the parking situation was good - we would definitely stay here again. The only downsides was the fact that our room didn't have air conditioning (it has heating) and it shared a wall with the lobby (could slightly overhear), however no real issues. 9.5/10"

"Our stay at this hotel was good, no complaints! The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. We had a room that had a shared bathroom- it wasn’t the most ideal.
