"This place could have totally been a 5 star with just a bit of an adjustment in employees behavior. Was going to be petty and give a 3 star but people have bad days. (scroll to bottom if you only want room review) Checking in there was only one family before me and it took about 20 minutes so maybe they were having system issues. But she was complaining about Expedia bookings and how terrible they are. Finally get to me and she says "great another Expedia booking". (actually ma'am, I did Hotels.com lol) so at the desk there's a big credit card screen and a tablet, and she asks is all my information correct, I look at the screens and say "which info?" she says rudely "the information on your ID you just gave me". Well damn, my bad. Usually it's info on a screen. Then she says you have 2 queen rooms... I thought I had booked 2 kings but as grumpy as she was I wanted to confirm before confirming, so while she kept talking to the person she was training I was trying to pull up the reservation and saw that I did have 2 kings which I tell her. She had gotten to where you sign the tablet and she pulls up which room I have and said you have "room xxx" that IS a king. I said okay, you said queens, so just wanted to make sure. But anyway, rooms were great. Big, tons of plugs, good bathroom"
