"The very first night stay had terrible rain, and the entire window frame had water damage pouring from the roof, down the rollershade and the floor/ carpet was soaked. The staff was unable to move my room due to availability, and I had to go down to ask again to be moved the following day as no one contacted me that another room was ready, even though the front desk staff advised they would. "The only complaint I have regarding the room is that they cleaned it every two days which was fine, but there was two of us and they always left only three towels. We had to ask for an extra three times during our stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I would stay again at the Hyatt Place when traveling. It was in a good area with plenty choices for eating out."

"Our stay was perfect; it's less than 10 minutes away from Dublin! From the cleanliness of the facility and room to the wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, with a good amount of options. I loved how I was able to make a yogurt parfait, and the kids were able to make waffles and their own breakfast sandwiches. I would come back here anytime, and most likely next year I will:)"

"We only here for a weekend and didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the hotel was very clean, looked to be newly renovated, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! Will stay here again next time we’re here!"

"Room was laid out really well. Lots of outlets for charging. Only thing I didn’t like was the lighting around the bathroom mirror, it was dark."

"Great location, average hotel. The closeness to the zoo/waterpark was a huge benefit. Staff was friendly. Heavily perfumed property. Breakfast was pretty good."

"The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Went down at 8am. The selection was limited and in some cases nonexistent ( only one muffin remained). Just expected more for the price. We also wanted to hang out in the lobby when we got back from dinner and the bar wasn’t open either."
