"Once we found the location it was lovely. It was wonderful to have a sitting area as well as a pool to relax in after being out all day. The location is very safe and very modern. Our space was roomy and provided all we needed to cook our own meals and relax well. The person we communicated with via WhatsApp was very personable and responded quickly. "My stay at Selva resort was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained.

"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma.
The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat...

"Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.
