Our original hotel was oversold and the front desk staff at that “unnamed” hotel just a few blocks away were awful and rude. It was a welcoming experience to come to this hotel and be greeted pleasantly and with a warm smile. Really appreciative of this after what was a long day of travel and confusion. "Good for a one night stay in Chicago. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was one of the shades would not come down so we woke up to more daylight than we'd like. I don't think I would do an extended stay. Room was on the small side and the beds were very low to the ground."
