"Lovely restoration of a historical property. Very helpful staff as Expedia dropped the ball by not sending check in instructions at any point in the transaction. We stayed in a lovely suite with a private bath. Parking was easy. Shopping and exploring are steps away. I look forward to my next stay. Highly recommend."

"Arrived early and inquired about early check-in options. I was willing to pay the $25 fee for 2 hours early, but the lady at the front desk was rude and said it was $50. I also requested a 1st floor room since they only have stairs, and she was rude about that and said she couldn’t switch rooms since they were already assigned. I have a bad knee which makes stairs difficult, but I managed. Other staff on subsequent days were great, and polite. Our room keys stopped working and they were quick to fix it. The room itself was nice and as expected. Beds were comfortable. The hotel sits just outside of town so there were no noise issues or heavy traffic around. There’s a nice outdoor seating area that offers a place to relax and chat with friends. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the Hosts, hospitality, the warm welcome, having an option to order two great shakes when we arrived which Henry brought to our room, and the breakfast to room/patio in the morning! Great views from the hill above the property. Very quiet and far from bustle of downtown Bisbee. Very nicely decorated. Loved the patios and garden, too. Will definitely be back, thank you!"
