"Okay this was my 4th stay in ioannina. I usually stay at grand seri which is 5 star. However wish I had discovered this place before. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great I got to explore the parts of the lake hadn't before. Plus the main reason I was close to Link tattoo (i come to get my tattoos done here in Greece) and the furniture shops. The style of the hotel is definitely me. When I return fingers crossed I a space at Lithia again"

"Room was cleaned but shower requires proper curtains. To give it a modern look, one suggestion is to remove the carpets. While the jacuzzi is nice but a shower would be more desirable also from a safety of stepping into/out of for senior guests. Property is well maintained and very hospitable to guests. Breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties. We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Metsovo is a beautiful village and it is worth visiting."

"We were absolutely blown away from the moment we arrived. Parking at the hotel was easy, and we received the warmest of welcomes from Eleni. We travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say her hospitality is among the very best we've experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked us in, showed us a choice of rooms, helped with our bags, recommended where to park for free in town when we went out for dinner (a huge relief after a long day of travelling), and suggested some fantastic local restaurants. We chose one of her recommendations and enjoyed one of the best meals of our trip in a beautiful setting. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We only found the area by chance while breaking up our road trip, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a wide range of fresh and interesting dishes. The gentleman on reception at breakfast and check-out was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We genuinely cannot fault our stay. The outstanding staff and wonderful hospitality made this a memorable experience, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!"
