"We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. "It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "
