"This was a good location as it was a two minute walk to the RER train station, but the apartment room our large family stayed in was fairly dirty. The bathroom had plaster falling off the walls and mold in some areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was parking directly across from the hotel. If the lot looks full, just wait a couple minutes, spots are opening up constantly."

"Would not book with this hotel again. The room was burning and there is no A/C, which was not clearly indicated in their listing. There was no soap we had to wash our hands with dish detergent and there is no window cover for the windows. We needed to keep the window open to get some air and the place got flooded with mosquitoes and we got eaten. PS. They require a deposit upon checking in which was not mentioned on the listing. Also the access to the building is hard to find with no...

"The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the staff didn't help us fix our request. The receptionist (on the night shift) said we didn't have air conditioning because all the guests were using it (?!). Breakfast is the only reason I'm giving it the stars."

"This hotel was perfect as our flight into Paris landed at late at night. It is really close to the airport and less than a 5 min walk to the closest train station to get into the centre of Paris easily the next day. It was clean, well maintained and had good aircon!!"

"L'accueil est excellent et un très bon service à la clientèle mais les chambres sont à rénover. La chambre où nous étions sentait l'humidité et il y avait des traces de moisissures du côté des fenêtres. Le canapé-lit n'en est pas vraiment un c'est plus un petit lit d'appoint ce qui fut un inconvénient pour faire dormir mon enfant. Sinon le reste était acceptable."
