"The only issue I had was when checking out, we needed extra time because the enticing bath tub took forever to fill up. They wanted to charge £200 to extend one hour. They did eventually reverse that decision. "

"We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. The breakfast buffet is supplementary but we'll worth it. The location near the motorway is ideal. I would like to thank Giustino especially for incredible service. "

"Clean comfortable room although handle of the shower did not attach to the wall fitting. Very good breakfast despite there being no eggs. Wonderful fresh croissants. Very convenient location for city centre and station."
