"The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel that feels up to date, cozy and upscale. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and showed grace and understanding when we were late checking out (teens, amiright?...). The Common Good restaurant has great food and service. The hotel offers free coffee in the morning, lovely fireplaces here and there, a beautiful bar, a small library and gorgeous art spread throughout. Can't recommend this place enough! Go stay!!"

"The best things about the hotel are its proximity to Anschutz and the great staff. Tree and Isaac went out of their way to assist us on our day of checkout. The bartender, whose name I did not get, was excellent as well. Nice breakfast and clean room!"
