"Staff helpful; clean and comfortable room"

"We originally pick this property for the convenience it offered being so close to the hospital across the street. However I continue to book the property because their customer service is on point! Security is wonderful not being able to get on to the floors without your key card gives an extra piece of mind. The staff supported me through last minute bookings when my husband was in the hospital. Breakfast is good, hot, and the coffee is made fresh... early! Has we continue recovery...

" I stayed in Room 700—an executive Mountain View room with a fireplace—at the Benson Hotel, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The room felt warm and inviting right away. The fireplace made it extra cozy, and the mountain view was just beautiful. I found myself just sitting and enjoying the scenery more than once. "Top shelf, night management especially and extra needs as they arose for me were always immediately accommodated. "

"Airport shuttle was a big help. Huge room. When I was having a problem with the tv remote, a hotel staff came in no time. There was no schedule for room cleaning but I was able to ask for towel and toilet paper from the cleaning staff on the corridor. When i returned in the evening, the bed was made. Room was clean to begin with. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was dry, the patties were better. Coffee and waffles were good, sometimes batter was empty. Overall happy with my stay."

"I really wanted to give this hotel five stars because the breakfast every morning was perfect. The hot tub was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we loved everything about the room. However, unfortunately, after staying for five nights, we realized that we both developed extreme itching from bites/rash of some kind all over our legs after sleeping in the bed so I believe they need to investigate what that might be and maybe make sure the bedding is being changed properly. "

"Sadly they did not have privacy or blackout curtains, only a thin veil of transparent white curtain. As a result, people walking in and out of the backdoor could see into my first floor room. Also, there were a couple different people who banged on the backdoor for a while. The room was clean enough with a generously sized refrigerator with a freezer section. An alarm in the hall started going off at about 1 AM and the staff did not respond for over 45 minutes; luckily with earplugs I was able...

"The room was very clean, and so large for a hotel room. Two queen beds plus a sleeper couch. TV was a great size - big enough to see from every angle. Loved having a kitchen to eat in when desired, even a dishwasher and a real fridge! Plenty of storage if you wanted to unpack. Great stay and will use Home2 again!"
