"Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again."

"Amazing customer service, mainly Khalid and Natasha. He allowed me an early check-in and gave me a complimentary hot drink and Natasha was very caring giving me a smell spray, because I people were smoking one morning.
There's no isolation at all, you can hear people's phone, people having sex, talking, moving furniture, banging doors... Central, but unpleasant location. Cleaning could be better, but the housekeeping and staff made the best they could."

On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good.
We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)"

Kleurrijk en een heerlijk bed.
We waren Atrecht ook in een Holiday in hotel. Ook zo leuk met mooie kleuren en inrichting. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam.
Het uitchecken vanmorgen duurde wat lang.
Het ontbijt was goed, maar er was 1 meisje en het bijvullen en opruimen ging te langzaam.
Toch zouden we zeker weer boeken!!
We konden parkeren en laden in de garage voor 21 euro. We waren er 1 nacht."

"The location was great, only 10 minutes to all the points of interest. Ignore reviews about parking saying car park is small, I drive a Tesla Y which is wide and I had no issue. There was a dry stain on the quilt itself where a previous guest maybe spilled their coffee but I'd have thought they might have changed the actual quilt as the quilt cover didn't hide it. The only issue as such was the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom remained wet all day and towels didn't dry"

"The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. We were advised some rooms have fridges others do not, ours did not. In the hot weather that is not great.
