"The staff was very kind and helpful when the address listed on Expedia took us to the back of the hotel instead of the main entrance when checking in at 2am. We ended up finding parking on the street which was less expensive than the hotel parking but had to walk a bit. The room was clean and in a good area, we felt safe at night. It was about a 20 minute drive from the airport. We only stayed for one night and it was good!"

This creates queues which is the last thing you need after a long journey. We waited for 30-40 mins to be checked in and the desk staff seemed frustrated as much as the guests."

"Reid’s is a beautiful property with multiple pools and diving access to the ocean. Our stay involved changing rooms ( not the hotels fault), and not all rooms are the same. The first room had a walk in shower but the second room had a very slippery tub shower. There was construction going on during our stay that made for noisy afternoons. The food was really good and there are multiple restaurants, however, I would reserve a table in advance of your stay to guarantee your spot at dinner. The service was exceptional."

The staff are incredible and the rooms were cleaned impeccably. Possibly needing a little TLC in some parts of the room. But do not let it put you off absolutely fantastic would definetly return"
