"Nice clean room with comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower and in-room amenities like filtered water and coffee maker. The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful and trilingual (at least). They were ready to accommodate the rush of guests at 6am coming off red-eye flights with a comfortable lounge and all the coffee/tea we needed until rooms opened up. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and good quality with lovely servers too. Bar had a good selection of wines. The hotel sent us off to the airport in a private car with to-go boxes of breakfast which was a really nice touch. Neighborhood is full of good restaurants, shops and cultural offerings. Would stay here again."

"Unfortunately the stay was not without issue. There was a fault with the water and we had no hot water. That said the hotel accepted the issue and promptly with Expedia adjusted the price to reflect the shortcomings. The manner the complaint was handled reflected good management in accepting the issue in the only way possible as we were leaving. The hotel was great in all other respects. The room is large, beds extremely comfortable and very convenient for the airport (slot 5 minute drive ). We arrived late and left early so can’t comment on the other facilities but they looked great if you have timbre to use."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient—only a 5-minute walk to the metro station. I also really appreciated the free access to a full professional gym, which was an excellent bonus. A special thank you to the receptionist, Yailin Martinez. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. She is a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
