"Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol."

"My big issue with this hotel is the AC. You land late at night from North America and your room is very hot & the only sleep Option is a thick duvet, Almost 80 degrees last night & it took a few hours for the room to cool down. It is also very expensive. Especially for an airport hotel. They compensated by offering a free breakfast. I had a latte and made it to my next flight. This has happened well over a dozen times."

"My stay was overall a positive experience, and I would recommend this place to other travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions and made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options. While it may not have been extraordinary, it was fresh and convenient, especially for travelers who want a quick start to their day. One thing I appreciated was the airport shuttle service. It was reliable and made transportation much easier, especially if you are traveling with luggage or arriving late"

"I made plans to arrive a day early for my scheduled safari tour which was gathering to begin our journey at this hotel. I reserved an extra night and was very happy with the hotel facilities. I needed to eat dinner late that first night due to flight delays, and the hotel restaurant stayed open until 10. They were very gracious about me showing up nearly at closing time. I was able to order and eat while they cleaned up. I grabbed a glass of wine at the bar which was also due to close at 10- and took it to my room to unpack. The hotel facilitated a tour of Soweto for me the next day. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, which was slightly difficult to arrange, but I was met at the airport with someone holding a sign with my name. He carried my bag to the car and drove me to the door and helped me in. The hotel is not located in Pretoria proper, but they accommodated guests who wanted to arrange tours. Nice room. Excellent, helpful staff."
