"The location was perfect to see Duomo and Galleria. The lobby was clean and the staff welcoming. The elevator to breakfast area was currently being repaired but we did not get to breakfast. The walls in room were excessively scuffed from luggage in entry hallway in room- needing repair/repainting. ..."

"Bathroom door lock was broker. Duvets not provided & mattress was very old & uncomfortable!!"

"Excellent hotel , modern and new and clean and spacious room and comfortable bed. The only down side the street noise Wa audible specially Amtrack was passing from street all night ciukd be audible. So I won’t recommend for light sleepers . Otherwise great hotel to stay."
