"Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Casa von Vista - leider müsste sehr dringend renoviert werden, besonders das Badezimmer, was auch höchstens zweckmäßig war. Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und die Möbel teils historisch. Bei Tisch, Schrank und Truhe ist das in Ordnung, aber Sofa und Bett müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Lage ist äußerst schön in der Natur, man muss nur selber etwas die Insekten fern halten. Frühstück waren wir nur einmal, aber das war gut."

Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!"

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again."

Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar...

"Beware, there are two sites 20mins apart. Having travelled all day arriving at midnight to find I was in wrong place and the booking could not be transferred even though they had available rooms (just one night) was not good news. And, how much is the tourist tax?"

"Very unique place. Not a hotel for starters. When you arrive ring the bell. When you hear a buzz a low one open the door. Big old dusty area. You are going to the 4th floor. Elevator if that’s what you want to call it straight ahead. Only 2 people and 2 bags that’s it. Area is 6 rooms in total. Has a small kitchen and sitting area. Water and other drinks available including tea and coffee. Nice touch Rooms are a good size ours was the biggest with the best view. Get that one nice...

"The apartment itself was excellent. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and well equipped. The living area was spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a balcony and excellent walk-in showers.
