Staff is great! Food was good but pricey. Bar prices however were reasonable. My only suggestion is to add an occasional chair in the rooms, and a storage area for toiletries in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious but need more furniture.

I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep ...
