"The rooms were advertised as sound proof which was disappointing. My room was two doors down the stairwell and every time it was used, the doors were very audible when it shuts closed. However the staff were extreme helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent and the room was clean."

"Great views, great room, nice helpful desk staff. A BOLD sign for front door and the hotel parking would be a big help especially given the dark underground, hugely busy area around the entry."
