"This was hands down the best hotel breakfast we had in Chilean and Argentinean Patagonia, including Tierra del Fuego, with a great variety of healthy, delicious options we truly looked forward to each morning. The cozy, cottage-like ambiance felt like visiting my grandparents’ home, warm and comforting, and the service was outstanding—leaving our bags while visiting El Chaltén was seamless, and coming back genuinely felt like coming home."

"The room was spotless, hotel staff very friendly. There was a shuttle that we didn't use but was a very good option. The breakfast was excellent, better than all the other hotel breakfasts we had on this trip. We loved the view of the lake from our room."

The staff was super friendly at the desk and in the restaurant, parking is easy, and it’s a quick walk from town but set back enough to be quiet. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well decorated. "I arrived solo at I Keu Ken Hostel on my first night in Argentina/Patagonia. Met great people there to hang out with. I was only there one night and it was definitely nice to arrive at a friendly hostel. The woman at the check-in desk (I forgot her name but she was from Costa Rica) was a gem. So nice, funny, and welcoming. She also made a dinner reservation for us at her friend's restaurant. He makes meals for local in his home! It was such a beautiful experience."

"It is in a residential area :10 minutes walk from bus terminal and about 15 minutes to the city center. Ask for a taxi transfer if you have heavy luggage or wheeled luggage. The cottage house is among the most beautiful, we have stayed in, with tasteful collections, overlooking a garden with lupines and a far view of lake argentina. Hosts, living close by, are very responsive, helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have spent substantial more time . "

"The apartment was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful vis whatsapp. They helped us pre book a taxi to and from the airport. The showe was a pain getting the water temperature adjusted and the cookware was adequate. It was located further out of town ,but in a great location. "

"We really liked Alto Verde Hosteria. The room was comfortable and it has a good location. You can walk everywhere easily. We got daily breakfast that was great to start the day before going on our tours, even in early morning hours. Mrs. Lilia was wonderful and super friendly. I would recommend Alto Verde Hosteria. "
