We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. "It was clean. Breakfast was brought up to the room in the morning. Close to restraunts and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe place to stay. "

"Dint even get to check in as the front staff was to rude and wanted to fight us on all topics . No real manager to speak of . We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system . Good enough I guess... thanks...

"Old building almost without electric point at the room; the photo in web site showing the breakfest is totally fake; there are not enough employees and some times you stay out (in the avenue) waiting for someone open the door, because the people are working an other point and far of the lobby. The positive point are the employees and the cleaning "

"The room was satisfactory. The area around this hotel is quite loud. Even with closing the windows it’s difficult to block out the noise at night. The breakfast bar is satisfactory at best. The staff is lovely, but it’s difficult to communicate in English. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but it was a bit inconvenient. We used the translation feature on our phones when asking questions. The location is closer to the airport, but our next visit we will stay in MiraFlores. For anyone...
