"First and foremost, the staff here are so extremely sweet! There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. There is no elevator, but the staff take your bags up to your room for you. We had to wake up early the following morning, before breakfast hours, and they offered an early breakfast and were overall very accommodating. The location is tucked away off of a walking route and feels like a special sanctuary on beautiful, lush grounds with lots of flowers and trees. Overall, a wonderful experience. "

"The hotel is located at the top of the old town so is within the charming atmosphere of the Inca cobblestone alleyways and walls. It's a five walk to the main square and is quiet and serene. The hotel has a lovely rooftop patio from which you an see the ancient Inca sites and mountains. The staff was generous and courteous.
