"Emplacement très bien pour le départ de Salkantay Trek, il aurait été bien de prévenir que l’électricité se couperait à 19h.
Pas d’eau chaude non plus dans les douches."

"Very close to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff, the onsite restaurant is a plus. Very short walk to the main square. Thanks for hosting us."
"Excellent adventure experience, amazing view from up top in morning. Very good food in restaurants, provided good vegetarian options and breakfast excellent too.
Overall good experience."
"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Tierra Inka Sacred Valley in Ollantaytambo. The property is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and colorful flowers, and was spotless throughout our stay. Although the streets outside are a bit run-down, the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis. Waking up to the sound of roosters each morning made the experience even more authentic. It's also conveniently located about 8–10 minutes from town, with convenience stores nearby, and the staff was always happy to arrange a taxi or tuk-tuk to town or the train station for Machu Picchu.
The room was very comfortable, and every staff member was friendly and professional. Even before our trip, the owner was incredibly helpful, answering my questions and accommodating my requests online.
A special thank you to Ms. Wara, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, always available to help, answered every question, and handled every request quickly and with genuine care.
Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh orange juice, eggs from hens raised on the property, and avocados from their garden. One morning my wife and daughter woke up feeling sick, and Wara and the breakfast cook picked fresh muña leaves from the garden to make them tea. It worked wonders.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!"
"The staff were incredible. Super friendly and very easy to get a hold of. They stowed our luggage so that we could visit the town after checkout. The hotel was really cute and quaint. I would stay there again."
"Not too luxurious but not too simple, very cute and quaint property.
Excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, or you can simply spend the day relaxing in the lovely courtyard while gazing at the magnificent mountains right in front. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Many thanks to Jorge and his family."
"Cute Peruvian hotel close to town - walkable to a mini market and restaurants. We would stand outside the hotel and flag down a motortaxi if we wanted to go further. They would charge us $5-8 sol ( about $1.75-$2.75 us ) to go into the town square or to the train station . The town square is really cute. The beds were comfy and the worker will give you a heater for your room if you’re cold ( we went in winter) . They stored our roll on bags while we went to Agues Calientes (Machu Picchu) for a night ( we packed our back packs for one night to take with us so we wouldn’t have excess baggage on the train ) then we came back to this same hotel and spent another night . It worked out great !"
"Beautiful hotel. Loved the style of the buildings and the beautiful plants decorating the property. The rooms are a good size and the shower has excellent pressure and temperature control. The beds are comfortable and well equipped if you get cold. Space heaters are also provided, best used before going to sleep. The breakfast also has an excellent variety of choices. The staff were all so kind, helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome throughout the entire stay. They also provided a welcome cookie and two chocolates were laid out on the bed!
The only slightly negative things I would mention would be that the Internet from the Wi-Fi was at times unreliable but overall did work well enough for streaming video most of the time. Only on a few occasions one of my devices had trouble connecting. Not a big deal. The there minor issue is that the walls are very thin so sound travels very easily throughout the building. Sometimes in the early morning it was easy to be awakened by other travelers waking up early and walking around, etc. This is pretty typical of much of South America, and overall wasn't a major issue.
The prices are a bit on the expensive side but the stay was worth the price. Would stay here again if I got a discount price. Highly recommended!"
"Super friendly staff and clean room. One of kind experience at Ollantaytambo. The sky was so beautiful at night and you can actually the sky full of stars. The hotel is also fun to explore with a small farm, and other activities. Highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Peru."
