"This hotel was in a safe, fun, walkable area of Rome. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive. Access to the rooftop and complimentary breakfast was a plus! Highly recommend!"

"They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. I would recommend staying here for sure !"

"Room is comfortable, location is excellent, however breakfast location is in the yard, and it was very cold, even though we stayed in the covered area and there were heaters on. Not much of a choice for breakfast."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"Excellent location from which to explore Eternal city. Piazza quite noisy at night. Room spacious but bathroom small. Shower rain head worked poorly and handheld wand was low pressure. Sink level needs adjustment, leaked water and had small ledge. Staff were very friendly, pleasant accommodating. Only provided one key which was inconvenient. AC worked well. Included breakfast was good for small hotel. Value was fair. Would ask for pictures of bathrooom and choose specific room if available. "

"Sehr nette Inhaber. Herzliche Begrüssung und ausführliche Informationen über Rom und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden. Es kann jeder zeit zubereitet werden. Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst usw immer vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Busse, Strassenbahn in 2 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und emfehlen es jedem weiter! Mille grazie Ursula!"
