"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "

"This is a perfect Hotel close to the ski lift with a nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend. The only downside is that they do not have a self service laundry facilities -- could be very useful for skiers."

Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"We stayed in “annex” apparent which was 400m down the road. free public parking was just next to our apartment house. the apartment itself was fine except a bit of a dump smell in the bathroom. it has all the amenities, and you can access sauna/steam room at the Miramonti hotel for just 10euros which looks very reasonable for the quality."

"Beautiful and charming hotel in the perfect Zermatt location. Nice view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Everything in town was walkable (though they sent a free shuttle to pick us up from the train station when we first arrived). We loved the pool and spa and they even made our dog feel at home. Very highly recommended. "

The wellness center was awesome, 3 different types of saunas! Staff was super nice and attentive, gave us great recommendations. Loved it so much, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I ever visit again. "From start to finish the experience at Basecamp was amazing. Prior to arrival the staff were great at recommending and booking restaurants and snowboard hire. During the stay they were also fantastic, the brekky was great and the mountain view rooms were really well sized to settle in for 5 days. "Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others."
