"the room was totally different than we chose and see in hotels.com booking page. I showed up the pictures in my booking page to property manager but she said it’s common problem people encounter so often and it caused by hotels.com
since the room cleanness, comport and hygiene condition was not acceptable level, we asked refund from hotels.com.
Unfortunately both hotels.com and property manager did not help us.
We had to stay in that terrible room for 3 nights with full of humidity and in...

"This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed them ahead of arriving of a food allergy, and they went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom good quality (with good water pressure!) The location was great - close enough to be an easy walk to all of the attractions of Alaçatı, but far enough away to be able to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would recommend! "
