"The room wasn't clean at all, the floors were dirty and also the bathroom.
The linens and towels were clean. This is a new hotel, last time we stayed here we couldn't get any hot water out of the shower, we just put it down to newbie, problems.
This time we couldn't get hot water at all, barely warm.
The Electric charging bays have all been knocked down and the copper stripped from the charges, none of them were in use.
This was a nice hotel when it opened and now it looks like its 20 years...

"Apparently if you have a flight delay and mishaps getting to the hotel, and make it there at 1am, they will have canceled your room reservation, resold it and you will be left without a place to stay in Denver after a long day of traveling. "They over book and still charge you for king size beds while giving you a full, once you finally get someone at the check in desk to help you.
The rooms aren't finished. There's holes in the wall, missing trim, paint marks, etc all over.
There was hair and dirt bits in the bed meaning they didnt change the sheets. They left the bar of soap from the previous guests by the sink. The fridge stunk of rotten food.
Thei "breakfast" is a joke. The o ly hot things they provide are DIY waffles that...
