"La Piccola Locanda is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk. The owner sends an email before check in date explaining this “Albergo diffuso accomodation concept” meaning they can place you anywhere, the check in time are only from 11:00 - 2:45 and 6 -11:00 pm. The owner left me the keys on top of a barell, the entrance to the building was like a storage, no elevator, I dragged my suitcase 5 stair flights, and I was alone in the whole building, very scary! I ended up staying somewhereelse!"

"Charming family house, private room. Excellent condition, very clean and comfortable! Superb location, with shops restaurants just around the corner. Near Piazza del Popplo and Duomo. Staff very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay again."
