"I mistakenly thought this was the hotel property attached to the airport. That was my bad. They had a convenient shuttle so that was fine. The property itself had a weird vibe. You entered through big steel gates that felt like you were entering a prison facility. There were cameras everywhere. The room was clean and spacious but little things like there was only one towel for two of us when we arrived and there was only one coffee pod and it was decaffeinated. When I asked for more they acted like I was asking for gold and I was told two was the max allowed. Weird. Breakfast buffet was great. I can’t quite name it, but weird vibe."

"Great hotel in a brilliant location approx 5 minutes walk from JF Kennedy Park and 10 minutes from the Malecon. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. The pool and sun lounger area were very nice. The views from restaurant and bar over the city were fantastic"

"The hotel was great. Very clean, modern, and breakfast was good. Would stay there again. Some minor complaint is that our key card kept having issues where it wouldn't unlock the door. In addition, when I called reception from my room to ask about laundry service, they put me on hold and I waited then they hung up. So I just went downstairs myself and spoke to another staff who was able to help. Again, very minor but overall I liked the hotel and would stay again."
