"Clean rooms, staff amazing, great location "

"Overall hotel is good. Location beautiful, pools, restaurants great. Our room was really nice, had a superior mountain view which is in the updated wing and on the quiet, shady side (could use a fridge) Did look over parking/entrance to hotel but it’s a non issue, nice quiet break from endless music around pool. Hotel would be better if they played more Spanish, quiet music. Would lend itself to the natural ambience of the hotel. People pick that hotel because it’s a boutique hotel, beautiful scenery, they are not there to rock out at the pool. Another example, eating breakfast with a beautiful view but having to listen to rock music, restaurants play the wrong music too. At different times of the day restaurants compete with the pool music and it’s not very relaxing. They need to coordinate there music and take a look at what they are playing and turn it down. "

"A beautiful place, super clean with beautiful amenities. Our room had a view of the ocean just like every other room in this hotel. What made our stay so special was the people who work there especially our concierge Diana who was so much fun and always made us feel welcome. "

"Eighth time to this resort. Nothing to complain about. Staff excellent always have a smile and warm greeting. Paco tennis instructor always at his best. Rooms abit dated but well cleaned and maintained. Food was never an issue."

"The food was ok. The smell was quite musty in the rooms. Enjoyed the snack bars. Good beach access with a shuttle. Really did enjoy the location. The evening shows were quite interesting."

"The beach was beautiful with lots of chairs. The pool was nice but very shallow. Staff were excellent. This resort has a very very old crowd with no activities at all. No music allowed on the beach or around the pool. The drinks and food are average with very high prices. "

"The pool was kept very clean. The rooms were quite nice. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. There is a spa for massages and facials. I had a wonderful massage there at a great price. The staff were very accommodating though not many spoke very good English. All around it was a great stay 8/10. Be aware lots of Mexicans stay here."

"We spent two weeks here and really enoyed our stay. The hotel location is as the name suggests right at the marina. It was convenient for tours and scuba diving. Lots of restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. "
